Althea is a crown ring with sculpted edges and clear stones all the way round, like a mallow flower seen from above. Althaea is the botanical name of the marsh mallow, which opens five wide petals around a pale centre.
It has presence on its own and frames a slim band well, so it earns its place among our stackable rings. Try it next to the full circle of Amara.
