Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name (not the carrier), receive the order. If your order arrives in several parcels, they start on the day you receive the last one.

Items bought on sale or with a discount code are included. They have exactly the same right of withdrawal as full-price items.

How to withdraw

Choose the way you prefer. You only need to tell us before the 14 days end.

1. Online: use our withdrawal function at azharjewels.com/withdrawal. You will find the link, labelled "Withdraw from contract here", in the footer of every page and in your order confirmation email. Enter your order number and email, then confirm with "Confirm withdrawal".
2. By email: write to info@azharjewels.com with a clear statement that you want to withdraw, your name and your order number.
3. With the model form below, sent by email or by post.

We confirm every withdrawal by email, with the date and time we received it.

Returning the item and return shipping

After you withdraw, we email you the address of our returns point in Spain. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us that you are withdrawing.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. You choose the carrier and pay the direct cost of sending the item back to us. We recommend a tracked service, and keeping your proof of shipment.

Please pack the piece carefully, ideally in the packaging it came in.

Trying it on is fine. You may handle and try the piece as you would in a shop, to check the size and how it looks. If it has been worn beyond that, or is damaged, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Your refund

We refund the full price and the standard delivery cost you paid (not the extra cost of a faster delivery option, if you chose one) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the item back, or until you send us proof that you have shipped it, whichever comes first.

We refund you with the same payment method you used, at no cost to you, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Exchanges

Legal guarantee

Every piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery. If you live in Spain, it lasts 3 years. If a piece is faulty or not as described, you are entitled, free of charge, to a repair or a replacement and, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund.

To use it, write to info@azharjewels.com with your order number, a short description and a photo.

Our 1-year commercial warranty

In addition to the legal guarantee, and without affecting it, Azhar Jewels offers a 1-year commercial warranty from the date of delivery, free of charge, for pieces bought on azharjewels.com and delivered in the European Union. Azhar Jewels is the guarantor: its name and postal address are in our Legal notice and in your order confirmation email.

• What it covers: manufacturing defects, for example a broken link or clasp, or a stone that comes loose, under normal use.
• What it does not cover: the natural wear of the gold plating over time, scratches, damage from impacts, chemicals (perfume, chlorine, cleaning products) or water, and pieces that have been altered or repaired by others.
• How to use it: write to info@azharjewels.com with your order number and a photo. We repair or replace the piece, or refund you if neither is possible.

This warranty does not limit your legal guarantee rights, which remain free of charge and apply regardless of this warranty.
