If a product is unavailable, the customer will be contacted to either wait for a restock or receive a refund.

Our products are custom-made or clearly personalized, and therefore, they are not subject to the right of withdrawal as per Article 59, Paragraph 1, Letter G of the Consumer Code. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except for cases covered by the warranty for manufacturing defects.

5. Limited Warranty

Azhar Jewels offers a 1-year limited warranty on defects in materials or workmanship, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications made by third parties.
