Terms and conditions of sale

1. Who we are

The shop azharjewels.com is operated by Christian Calabro', sole trader in Malta, trading as Azhar Jewels. The postal address and the VAT number are in our Legal notice, and in the confirmation email of every order.

2. Who can buy

Our shop is intended for consumers aged 18 or over, buying for personal use. At the moment we deliver only to addresses in the European Union. See Shipping.

3. Products

We describe each piece as accurately as we can, with real photos, its materials and its available sizes. Colours and proportions may look slightly different depending on your screen and on the light. Our pieces are 925 sterling silver with 18k gold plating, set with cubic zirconia, a lab-created crystal (Zahra has no stones).

4. Prices

• All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT (Maltese VAT at 18%). Shipping costs are not part of those prices: they are calculated at checkout and shown separately, before you pay.
• When we announce a price reduction, the previous price shown is the lowest price we applied in the 30 days before the reduction.
• If a price on the site is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order with a full refund.

5. How to order and when the contract is made

1. Choose your pieces and sizes and add them to the cart.
2. At checkout you can review your order, shipping costs and total before paying, and correct any mistake.
3. Payment is processed on the secure checkout page of our payment provider, Stripe.
4. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We then send you an order confirmation by email, with a summary of your order, your receipt, the date of the version of these terms that applies, the details of your right of withdrawal with the model withdrawal form, your guarantees and the link to withdraw online.

The contract is concluded in English. These terms stay available on this page, where you can save or print them. We keep a record of your order; you can ask us for a copy of it, and of the terms that applied, at info@azharjewels.com.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, and with other methods where Stripe offers them in your country; the methods available to you are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

For every order we issue a receipt, with its number and the VAT included. You receive it with your order confirmation and can print it from your order page.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship from Spain to the European Union with a tracked service. Costs, delivery times and carriers are described on our Shipping page. We deliver within 30 days of the order at the latest; if we cannot, you can cancel the order and get a full refund. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you name, receive the parcel.

8. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, including for items bought on sale. The direct cost of returning the item is paid by you. 9. Legal guarantee and commercial warranty

Every piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery (3 years for consumers in Spain). In addition, we offer a 1-year commercial warranty, which does not affect your legal rights. Details are on our Returns and withdrawal page.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control; in that case we will inform you and, if you wish, refund you.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy and our Cookie policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

If you have a problem, write to info@azharjewels.com: we will reply as soon as possible and try to find a solution with you.

We are not obliged to take part, and do not take part, in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration or alternative dispute resolution body. This does not affect your right to contact the consumer protection authority of your country or to go to court.

13. Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
