We'll monitor your shipment until it arrives. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to the courier.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized and high-quality nature of our jewelry, all purchases are final.
As per Article 59, Paragraph 1, Letter G of the Consumer Code, custom-made or clearly personalized items are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Warranty and Support
If your ring has a manufacturing defect, we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, you can do so within 2 hours of purchase confirmation.
After this period, the order enters production and can no longer be changed.
