All prices listed on the site are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Prices may be updated without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies. Product availability is indicated in real time and all orders are subject to availability confirmation. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be contacted to either wait for a restock or receive a refund.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed online through our website. We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other supported methods. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and managed in compliance with PCI security standards. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during checkout. Azhar Jewels is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping data.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@azharjewels.com. Returned items must be intact and undamaged. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund or an exchange. Items with manufacturing defects are also covered by the warranty described below.

5. Limited Warranty

Azhar Jewels offers a 1-year limited warranty on defects in materials or workmanship, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications made by third parties.
